The Agent who helped us is Lucy Ballard. We started to rent the beautiful 2 BR in Charcot Road under Pulse development in Colindale. The view and the furnished flat is impressive. I could say that she has quick response, approachable and very considerate of the people esp we work in NHS and thankfully the owner did not in have a high fee given that inflation is evident in the UK. The floor’s carpet has been changed and the flat has been professionally cleaned. The referencing is quite strict but all went well as the staff of Becker are doing their job well.

I was looking for a 1 bedroom property that would allow for me and my lovely lab darcy, when I started my search I did come across a few places but nothing was suitable. Had a chat with Tim Becker and by the next morning id seen the perfect property and put an offer in. Dan and Lucy then took over with all the paperwork for me and it was all so easy and hassle free I really could not recommend this lovely boutique estate agents enough, really hands on and answered all my questions and got back to me so quickly with any other queries I had. The lonely lucky even dropped my keys off to me as I was stuck at work on the day I was due to start my tendency! Darcy and I are excited for our new home , thanks so much guys xx

Thanks to Becker and Co for providing a great service. For anyone thinking of using Becker & Co. to let their property etc I would highly recommend them. They provide a very personal service and will always take the time to discuss any issue, even if you are not using them as the managing agent for your property they are still more than willing to discuss any situation and give very good and honest advice, which is a rare thing these days. They have a good insight in to what makes a good tenant and deal with the property as if it were their own property they are renting out. A fantastic awareness of the things a landlord faces from time to time and always provide good sound advice on the best way to deal with those issues. It's great to feel that there is sound advice and support available if need be.

My girlfriend and I have been renting a flat through Becker and Co. for the last 3 years, we ended the tenancy a couple of weeks ago due to a change in location. Over the 3 years we have only great things to say about Tim Becker and all of his colleagues working for this brilliant company. We have been looked after over the time we have rented, always with a friendly, professional, prompt service and a can-do attitude. Whenever there have been issues with the block of flats, the flat itself or even additional improvements around the flat, Tim has attended to these in a timely fashion and always resolved to a high standard. We have dealt with many managing agents in the past and by far Becker and Co. are head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot fault the service we have experienced. If we had not moved out of the area we would have happily rented through Becker and Co. for many years. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!

I’ve rented high end houses from Tim Becker twice now. On both occasions I found Tim to have an extensive knowledge of the current rental market. I also found him very personable and trust worthy. Furthermore, he always had a sufficient understanding of mine and the landlords requirements in order to reach a satisfactory and expeditious conclusion for both parties. Becker & Co would certainly be the first place I would go to find a suitable rental property in future.
