Stuart has been actively involved in all aspects of Residential Estate Agency for over 45 years. As co-founder of Martin Becker & Co with offices in Mill Hill Broadway and Finchley Central the firm specialised in Residential Sales and New Developments. In 1990 Stuart established Becker & Co focusing on the Residential Letting and Management sector and has driven the company forward for the past 20 years. He offers all his clients a wealth of local residential knowledge and as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Member of ARLA is highly regarded by many within the industry.

Tim started his working career in 1993 on the London International Financial Futures Exchange with Kyte Group Ltd joining the company's graduate training programme which led to a role of trading European Stock Indices. After working in the city for 8 years, in 2001 Tim embarked on a new career in the property industry joining West End Estate Agency firm Bleinham Bishop working in their Investment & Development department. In 2003 he left Bleinham Bishop and the Uk behind to travel and work overseas spending nearly 3 years in Sydney, Australia. On his return he joined Templegate Properties, a niche London based firm acquiring investment & development opportunities in both the residential and commercial property sectors. In 2008 Tim joined Becker & Co and as well as adding a young, fresh approach to the company he brings with him 30 years of Finance and Property experience.

Lucy joined Becker & Co in November 2013 and has over ten years experience working in the property industry having previously worked for one of the UK's largest residential developers specialising in New Homes. Lucy started her professional career as an account manager with a blue chip FMCG company. Lucy oversees the day to day running of the lettings department and is always willing to help with any queries and ensure that the lettings process is handled efficiently and in a professional manner. In December 2021 and after over 8 years of incredible service with the company Lucy was officially made a Partner in the business.

Helen joined Becker & Co in 2007 as Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the office and all secretarial work. She is always on hand to answer any queries with a warm and friendly approach.

Steven started his working career in 1990 as a trader on the London International Financial Futures Exchange working for prestigious brokerage firms including Nomura and Deutsche Bank. Gaining over 25 years experience within the financial markets, Steven left the city in 2013 to embark on a new career path and had various roles working within the tech industry and energy sector. Most recently, Steven commenced working in the Property Industry with an established Estate Agency in the West Hampstead area before joining Becker & Co in March 2022 as Head of Property Management. Steven brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience handling financial matters and client demands.
