These numbers are to be used in cases of emergencies only.
If your property is not managed by Becker & Co you should contact your landlord directly.
Please note that upon inspection if the contractor finds no fault or determines that the problem/fault is deemed a tenant responsibility/cause of damage then you will be held liable for the cost of the call-out and costs to repair the damage or fault in question.
At all other times (normal office hours) any issues should be reported through our offices via email management@beckerandco.com and this will then be forwarded to your landlord.
If your property is located within a block of flats/development then in cases of communal issues/faults such as communal doors/lifts, communal parking, gates/barriers etc. then you should report these immediately to the managing agents of the block/development.
